Position:  WAITSTAFF  (12/7/18)

 

Dept:  Culinary Services- San Camillo

Reports to:  Food Service Supervisor

Hours:  2nd shift 4:15-7:30pm, approx. 20/pp

Starting Range:  $9.00-10.95, based on experience

Responsibilities:  Sets tables and serves meals according to established procedures.  Assists Cook with plating meals.  Assists in cleaning dining room and work areas.

Qualifications:  Ability to follow written and oral instructions.  If high school student, must meet requirements.  Must be able to safely perform the essential job function.

 

Position:  SEASONAL COOK  (11/6/18)

 

Dept:  Food Service-San Camillo

Reports to:  San Camillo Chef

Hours:  As needed for special events during the holiday season, day, night and weekend

Job Description:  Responsible for preparation of tasty, appealing, high quality foods for residents, employees and guests while maintaining high standards of quality and sanitary food preparation.

Requirements:  High school grad or equivalent; minimum of two years quantity food preparation in a restaurant or similar business; OR certificate or graduation from an approved technical school in quantity food preparation and cooking; knowledge of institutional kitchen operations, sanitation, safety, standardized recipes and proper food storage.

 

Position:  PREP COOK   (11/6/18)

 

Dept:  Food Service-San Camillo

Reports to:  San Camillo Chef

Hours:  20hrs per week evening hours including weekends

Job Description:  Responsible for assisting chef/cooks with preparing food for residents, employees and guests; assisting with assembling food items used in prep of menu; Trims/cuts meats and fowl; measures/weighs/mixes ingredients; informs sup of product and equipment needs and maintains clean orderly work station.

Requirements:  High school grad or equivalent; minimum of two years cooking experience knowledge of institutional kitchen operations, sanitation, safety, standardized recipes and proper food storage.

 

Position:  COOK (10/18/18)

 

Dept:  Food Service-San Camillo

Reports to:  San Camillo Chef

Hours:  40hrs per week -day & evening hours including weekend
